A new protein product with an exceptionally low ash content and a higher-than-normal protein level.

Produced using a new technology, this product contains even fewer minerals compared to conventional “low ash” poultry protein. This facilitates product optimization and ensures that calcium and phosphorus levels in the feed formula can be precisely adjusted.

This poultry protein product has shown to be highly palatable and effective feed ingredient. The excellent digestibility has been proven, in for example, rainbow trout farming.
