4. Purpose of personal data processing (purpose of use of the register)

The registrar collects only such personal data from the registrants that are relevant and necessary for the purposes described in this privacy statement. The purpose of the register is to store customer information for customer service. Customer data is needed to perform logistics tasks. Personal data is used for the needs of personnel management.

5. Data content of the register

Name information, local and postal address, phone number, e-mail address, farm or company ID, pick-up location address information.

Registered producer, customers, partners, animal registers of the Food Agency.

7. Regular data transfers and data transfer

Address information can be handed over to the mailing company responsible for mailing Honkajoki Oy’s publications, but only for the purpose of mailing Honkajoki Oy’s publications. The customer’s animal disposal information can be handed over to the Food Agency’s animal registers.

8. Principles of registry protection

The transfer of personal data outside the EU and EEA requires the controller’s prior written permission. Such a transfer is only permitted if transfers to third countries or international organizations comply with the provisions of the GDPR.

11. Right of Inspection

The registered person has the right to check the information recorded about him in the register, the right to demand the correction of incorrect information, the right to demand the deletion of his information from the register and to otherwise rely on his rights protected by the Personal Data Act.
