The code of conduct guides our operations and form a general reference framework for our operations
The operations of the Honkajoki Group are firmly based on ethical principles that form a common framework for everything we do. These principles guide our decision‑making, behaviour, and ways of working across all companies within the Group.
We are committed to complying with both national and international legislation as well as widely accepted international agreements. In addition, our actions are guided by the Group’s values and the principles of responsible business even in situations where legislation does not provide clear direction.
Our principles of conduct
The Code of Conduct applies to all companies and employees within the Honkajoki Group, regardless of position or area of responsibility.
The purpose of the Code is to ensure responsible and consistent practices in all situations.
Group management is responsible for keeping the Code up to date and ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
For our suppliers, we have established a separate Supplier Code of Conduct, which defines the ethical, social, and environmental requirements they must meet. All suppliers are required to commit to this Code as a condition of cooperation.
