What is the Supplier Code of Conduct?

The Supplier Code of Conduct defines the baseline requirements suppliers must follow when working with Honkajoki. It establishes a common framework to promote responsible practices across the supply chain, regardless of supplier location or size. 

The Code covers key areas including:

• Ethical business conduct 

• Environmental responsibility 

• Human rights and labour standards 

• Animal welfare

Purpose of the Code

Honkajoki’s Supplier Code of Conduct aims to:

• Reduce environmental impacts and support circular economy principles 

• Protect confidential information and personal data

• Animal by-product raw material suppliers, with a focus on quality, traceability, and animal welfare
